When we practice the same movement repeatedly and regularly, (especially if our alignment is off) it can take a toll on our bodies. It's important to check in with our postural practice and reintroduce ourselves with the foundations of Asana from time to time to be sure that we are on track and moving in a mindful and healthy manner. Join Amanda for this hour long Yoga Tune Up, where we'll revisit the basics of posture, alignment, and engagement. We'll follow up with an hour long workshop led by Dr. Rozacky of Airrosti, on the benefits and specific techniques of foam rolling to aid our bodies in recovery from our physical practice. Those wishing to stick around for complimentary, induvidual injury assements, are invited to sign up for that as well!
