Due to the unique nature of our studio, it is necessary that we adhere to the following policies. We appreciate your understanding and support of our growing studio and are grateful for your business!

CANCELLATIONS:

 

Because space is very limited, should something come up, please graciously cancel online as soon as possible, so that we may open your spot to someone else. We often have a waiting list for certain classes. Member no-shows will be counted towards your monthly class attendance.

Pre-paid classes/workshops/services require a 24 hour cancellation notice & will only be refunded if we are able to fill your spot. Cancellation outside of the 24 hour window will not be refunded, but may be issued a rain check at Soul Society Yoga's discretion.

 

Safety is our top priority & if we must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible & issued a refund or rain check.

Classes with no registrants 2 hours prior to class start time will be cancelled.

 

MEMBERSHIP:

Studio members receiving a discounted price must maintain a valid credit card on file, and agree to a 4 week cyclical auto-draft.

 

Members must commit to a 3 month minimum and cancellation of membership requires a 30 day written notice.

 

If you cannot attend a class, you may use it the following week. However, unattended classes do not carry over into the following cycle.

TARDINESS:

It happens. Please don't make it a habit. Out of respect for everyone's time, classes will begin promptly at the listed time and doors will be locked. Students are expected to arrive 5-15 minutes before class starts to secure their belongings, set up a spot and fill out any necessary paperwork.

 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of class. If you arrive early, you may wait outside or in the common area behind the studio. Please do not try to enter the studio, as there may be private instruction taking place or instructors preparing for class.

REGISTRATION:

Drop-ins are always welcome. However, all students (even members) are encouraged to create an online account and register online for every class, as some classes fill quickly.

Priority will be given to those who are registered.

 

If a class is cancelled or important info needs to be relayed, you will only be notified if you're registered.
