Have you tried practicing yoga and meditation at home and just can't seem to find your groove? Do you struggle in finding the discipline to practice on your own? In this 2 hour workshop, we'll discuss the benefits of a home practice and share tips and techniques for creating a routine that you will be able to maintain for years to come. You will learn basic meditation techniques, as well as a few simple, yet well-rounded, all level yoga sequences. Whether you are brand new to yoga and meditation or a regular in the studio lookin to expand on your practice, this workshop will offer something for everyone!
*Please note: In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our workshop has moved online. We will host this interactive/live workshop via the Zoom app. It is free to download on your phone or tablet or you can link directly to the Zoom website from a computer. All that is needed is an internet connection. Every participant has the choice to connect/disconnect outgoing visual and/or audio at any time.
