What better way to get a workout, meditate, and take in nature? Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga targets the deep muscles, improves coordination, and teaches you how to move and flow with life.  Challenge your personal practice, and shift your perspective on how you approach your studio practice.

Bringing SUP Yoga to the North Shore of Lake Travis, sessions are held in Lago Vista, Point Venture, and Jonestown.

 

what you need to KNOW


 

WHO:

Residents and/or visitors to the North Shore of Lake Travis. You must have lake access, via private land or POA. You must also have access to a paddle board, paddle, and life vest. (Rental prices and info available upon request.)

 

Open to ages 13 & Up

*Strong swimming skills required

WHEN & WHERE:

Sessions are scheduled according to your request and my availability, but the best time to schedule is early mornings or just before sunset, when the lake is calm. All sessions are held on the North Shore of Lake Travis. Specific location will vary depending on lake access.

Each session lasts 2 hours, with 30 minutes of paddling, 1 hour of yoga, and 30 minutes of play time/photos. 

PRICING*:

 

1 participant: $100

2 participants: $50/person

3-10 participants: $35/person

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Paddle board and paddle

  • Life Jacket (available to rent)

  • 5-7lb anchor with 20' line (available to rent)

  • Water bottle with carabiner and something to attach it to

  • Towel  

  • Dry clothes 

*Apply sunscreen beforehand and wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. For women, a supportive swimsuit with board shorts or moisture-wicking athletic shorts work well. For men, swim trunks are best.

ANYTHING you take on the water stands the chance of getting wet or ending up at the bottom of the lake! 

There is a good chance YOU'LL get wet too, so be prepared.

 

POLICIES/CANCELLATIONS:

 

Weather and lake conditions are always a factor and safety is our top priority. In the event of bad weather, you will receive notification prior to session start time, with an alternate plan. Any cancellations due to weather will be refunded or a rain check will be issued.

 

In the event you cannot make the session, please be aware there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Fees will only be refunded if you cancel before 24 hours of class start time and I am able to fill your spot. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us.
