Bringing SUP Yoga to the North Shore of Lake Travis, classes are held in Lago Vista, Point Venture, & Jonestown. No board? No problem. We can hook you up with everything you need!

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

13 & Up

*Strong swimming skills required

WHEN & WHERE:

Classes held on the North Shore of Lake Travis. Specific location will vary depending on lake access and will be sent to you when your session is scheduled.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign a waiver, secure your belongings, etc.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Towel  

  • Dry clothes 

  • Water bottle with carabiner

  • Apply sunscreen beforehand & wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. For women, a supportive swimsuit with board shorts or moisture-wicking athletic shorts work well. For men, swim trunks are best.

ANYTHING you take on the water stands the chance of getting wet or ending up at the bottom of the lake! 

There is a good chance YOU'LL get wet, too, so be prepared.

PRIVATE LESSONS

POLICIES/CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the necessary preparations for this class, you must register at least 24 hours prior to the start of class.

If class does not make, you will be notified within 24 hours & have first priority on the next available class.

 

Weather & lake conditions are always a factor & safety is our top priority. In the event of bad weather, you will receive notification prior to class start time, with an alternate plan. Any cancellations due to weather will be refunded or a rain check will be issued.

 

In the event you cannot make the class, please be aware there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Fees will only be refunded if you cancel before 24 hours of class start time and we are able to fill your spot. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us.
