What better way to get a workout, meditate, & take in nature? Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga targets the deep muscles, improves coordination, & teaches you how to move & flow with life.  Challenge your personal practice, & shift your perspective on how you approach your studio practice.

Bringing SUP Yoga to the North Shore of Lake Travis, classes are held in Lago Vista, Point Venture, & Jonestown. No board? No problem. We can hook you up with everything you need! 

Our classes run weekly and are custom built around your location and skill level. Please tell us a little about yourself so that we can set you up with the perfect class!

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

13 & Up

*Strong swimming skills required

WHEN & WHERE:

Classes held on the North Shore of Lake Travis. Specific location will vary-you will receive details once registered

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign a waiver, secure your belongings, etc.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Towel  

  • Dry clothes 

  • Water bottle with carabiner

  • Apply sunscreen beforehand & wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. For women, a supportive swimsuit with board shorts or moisture-wicking athletic shorts work well. For men, swim trunks are best.

ANYTHING you take on the water stands the chance of getting wet or ending up at the bottom of the lake! 

There is a good chance YOU'LL get wet, too, so be prepared.

Days/times listed above don't work with your schedule? Let us know when you'd like to go out & we'll do our best to get a class together for the date you request. Or if you would like to schedule a private session, party, or team-building event for you or your group of 2-6, request a session here.

 

 

POLICIES/CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the necessary preparations for this class, you must register by 5:00pm the night prior to the class.

If class does not make, you will be notified within 24 hours & have first priority on the next available class.

 

Weather & lake conditions are always a factor, & safety is our top priority. In the event of bad weather, you will receive notification 3 hours prior to class start time, with an alternate plan. Any cancellations due to weather will be refunded or a rain check will be issued.

 

In the event you cannot make the class, please be aware there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Fees will only be refunded if you cancel before 24 hours of class start time. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us.
