About the Event
Usher in the new year with intention, and join us for this moving meditation consisting of 108 Sun Salutations! We will break the mala up into 4 sections, each consisting of 27 Sun Salutations with a short break between each section. There will be a warm up period and an extra long Savasana to follow. This is a physically and mentally challenging practice, and participants are encouraged and expected to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. Some yoga experience is necessary.
If you need to rent a yoga mat, please do so, in advance, online so we have enough for everyone.
