Spring Sound Bath with Mike Barker

Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath with Mike Barker, where we’ll get comfortable, settle in with a little guided meditation, and relax to the dynamic vibrations of the singing bowls, the gong, and other sound healing instruments. All are welcomed and encouraged to join ~ no experience necessary!

Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring along any blankets or props that will help you to relax. Props will be available at the studio, as well.
