Yoga Nidra is an ancient relaxation technique with proven benefits in reducing stress, anxiety and tension. It works to balance your energetic system & nervous system, ultimately bringing more peace into your daily life.
Please join Nicki Simonich for a journey through the mind and body, as she leads you on this deep guided relaxation/meditation. An ongoing Yoga Nidra practice may result in more creativity, enhanced memory, clarity, and motivation. It also may clear emotional blocks, can release bad habits, and provides a better night’s sleep (some say the best sleep they have ever had). In fact, 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be equal to 4 hours of restful sleep!
There is nothing to do, no way to do this wrong and anybody can do it!
No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing; some warmer layers are suggested.
Instructor: Nicki Simonich is certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and finds Yoga Nidra to be an extremely effective tool in stimulating more peace and wellness in her clients lives. She often works with clients who experience Anxiety, Chronic Stress and PTSD in their days. Nicki has been described as gentle, compassionate and intuitive.
